Refunds

Memberships aren't refundable. Cancel anytime in the customer portal and you keep your benefits until the end of the period you've paid for; you won't be charged again. Charged twice or by mistake? Email us and we'll put it right. Where your local consumer law gives you a right to a refund, that right still applies.

Access starts right away

By subscribing you ask for access to begin immediately and, where the law allows, agree that the 14-day right to cancel no longer applies once access has started.

Billing

Payments are handled by Stripe (cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay); SculptForge never sees your card details. Studio memberships are invoiced monthly; the same terms apply.
